Simon Sayce is the person who originally designed the Hellraiser Puzzle Box. many people refer to Gary Tunnicliffe, but it is Simon’s research and work that create the Lemarchand Configuration for the movies Hellraiser 1 and 2, not Gary. Gary took over after Simon left after Hellraiser 2.

Simon contacted me one day on this website and in conversing with him, he agreed to sign a few boxes but he wanted to see them first to see if they met up with his standard. Simon is VERY particular when it comes to detail and I was happy when he said he would sign them. Below are images of him signing them and the notes that he made for each box as a COA that he signed them.

Simon also designed the mask for David Cronenberg in the movie “Nightbreed” and also created Peloquin for the same film.

There are only 2 boxes(2 have sold) available to the public for sale as I am keeping two for myself.

The panels are based on the boxes used in the Hellraiser 1 and Hellraiser 2 which were designed by Simon, the original designer of the boxes. The panels are etched at a professional etching house to assure detail and quality brass panels.

• 3″x3″x3″ inches square.
• Made of Mahogany wood.
• The pattern on the faces are .005″ etched brass.
• 2 sides of the box are lacquered black with the rest of the sides of the box showing the grain of the wood.
• The box is sealed with many coats of quality lacquer to insure the panels don’t peel off.
